Total Interior Design Project | Where New Construction Radiates Coziness

Where New Construction Radiates Warmth
This newly built home is fully constructed with attention to a cozy and charming appearance. How was this achieved? Thanks to the craftsmanship of feelathome, the total interior design received a stylish and thoughtful character. From design to finish: every detail was thoroughly considered. Based on the large open spaces, the choice was made to create connection. Throughout the entire home, warm color combinations and quality materials were used to provide a homely and connecting feeling.
Living in Serenity
The sitting area was furnished with two Poliform Koishi coffee tables with dark marble tops along with a large, soft rug from Belgian JoV.
At the high windows, we chose two swivel Flexform Feel Good armchairs. The reason? More space for people to relax comfortably. Or a spot where one can enjoy reading. In combination with the wooden Flexform Jiff side tables, there are various possibilities.
The high window frames in the living areas provide plenty of daylight. This way, there is always a view of the lush green garden. Serenity and privacy can be obtained by closing the linen curtains.
Refinement and Comfort
Adjacent to the open living kitchen stands an oval Copenhagen table, custom-made in deep brown swamp oak. Below is the soft JoV Anke rug that, with its high-pile structure, matches the six upholstered Flexform Hera chairs. Refinement and comfort are effortlessly combined here.
The Bocci 28 series lighting enriches the gray tones with 16 mouth-blown lamps that were arranged. The choice for Bocci was consistently extended into the elegant dressing room and impressive stairwell of this new construction.
Resting in Luxury
In the bedroom, it was important to achieve sufficient tranquility. How? By choosing the bedside table and the Poliform Onda chest of drawers made of walnut wood, a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere was created.
Central is the silver-gray upholstered Poliform Kelly bed with three fluffy pillows on either side. The small dark brown legs and rounded backrest provide a smooth and flowing whole.
As a striking decorative element, we chose the Oluce Atollo lamp in a golden mushroom shape. This completes the finish.
Cozy Lounge Corners
Around the spacious house, one large terrace was built, which was then transformed into two cozy lounge corners.
As an outdoor lounge set, we chose the light L-shaped Tribu Nodi sofa along with two additional Tribu Nomad lounge chairs. In the middle is a thin, round Tribu T-table with the Gloster Blow side table next to it. Additionally, the solid teak Gloster Block side table and the easily movable Tribu Dunes side table provide extra flexibility.
At the high window sections, a long Tribu Amanu dining table extends. Thanks to the wooden bench and chairs from the Dedon Tibbo collection, up to 10 people can dine with the beautiful view of the garden.
