In the hilly landscape around Leuven, a contemporary new-build villa was constructed with sleek lines and all modern amenities. Inside, natural materials like wood and marble create a warm and pleasant atmosphere that beautifully complements the architecture.
Timeless and Cozy Space
The seating area was furnished with the Bristol sofa from Poliform, equipped with double back cushions for generous seating comfort. Together with a luxurious carpet from the Belgian Limited Edition, a timeless yet cozy space was created.
At the back of the sofa is a custom-made console that follows the length of the sofa.
Vibrant and Dynamic Atmosphere
With a view of the green garden, we chose the custom-made dark-tinted Saint-Malo dining table on a woolen Pebbles carpet from Perletta. A natural and neutral design is combined here with the blue Flexform Hera chairs.

Orderly Ensemble
At the sandblasted marble kitchen island, we recommended elegant black Flow bar stools from MDFItalia. These chairs slide smoothly under the island, creating an orderly ensemble.
Sauna Session
The new-build villa also features a built-in sauna area. From the Tribu Senja sofa element with a view of the small patio, you can completely relax after a sauna session.
