The Kelly bed is a refined masterpiece that combines elegance and comfort in a subtle yet convincing manner. Designed by Emmanuel Gallina in 2016, this bed stands out for its sensual, soft lines and its inviting appearance. 

What immediately stands out is the curved and almost flowing shape of the headboard, which extends along the sides and creates an enveloping feeling. The design balances lightness (through the slim base) with a warm, cozy atmosphere.

The base is made of solid wood (e.g., Spessart oak, black elm, or walnut) — this wood forms the substructure and provides stability. 

The top of the bed, particularly the frame and the headboard, are upholstered (fabric or leather), with high-quality padding, often in flexible polyurethane with a polyester underlayer. 

There are various upholstery options: fabrics or leathers, including Nabuk (leather), woven leather, or “Silk” leather, and variants where the inside of the headboard may have a different finish than the outside — which provides visual depth and detail. 

Some parts are not removable, especially in leather variants; in fabric variants there is often a removable cover.

The Kelly bed has a distinctly luxurious appearance without being flashy — it combines high-quality finishes with understated design. It is suitable for interiors that are warm, elegant, and contemporary.
