With the Fern lounge chair, designer Sebastian Herkner pays tribute to nature by translating the organic shape of an emerging fern into an enveloping backrest design. The base consists of a frame made of certified teak with a natural finish, while the backrest is crafted from powder-coated aluminum and hand-woven outdoor rope. This combination offers a sheltered seating experience and is completely weather-resistant, making this armchair ideal for intensive use on a designer terrace.

  • The backrest is covered with weather-resistant weaving in the colors Dune or Raven.
  • The cushions are available in a wide range of qualities, including Outdoor Performance, Water Resistant, and Soft Touch fabrics.
  • The frame of the backrest is made of powder-coated aluminum in the colors Meteor or White.
  • To preserve the natural color, we recommend cleaning the teak once or twice a year with Gloster Teak & Upholstery Cleaner.

 

The Fern lounge chair forms the heart of a tranquil outdoor retreat thanks to its sculptural shapes and high-quality material choices.
