What immediately gives the Amanu chair character is the seat and backrest in Canax®, a hemp-based material that visually appears to float within the frame. The weaving technique creates an image of airy floating, without compromising on strength and support.

The frame is made of teak — sourced from sustainably managed Indonesian plantations — which lends the chair warmth, naturalness, and a certain timelessness. The legs are slightly tapered, and the armrests are subtly half-round, contributing to a soft, inviting appearance.

The generous cushions are elegantly finished and provide an extra dimension of comfort.
