Surprising Asset
Hidden behind an ordinary row of houses lies a surprising asset. This former factory building underwent a thorough restoration, crafted with refined materials and attention to detail. The large, open spaces invite a stylish interior with furniture that exudes luxury and elegance.
Timeless and Comfortable
For the sofa, we chose the timeless and extremely comfortable Flexform groundpiece, carefully composed and adapted to the wide living room.
Thanks to the interplay of two rugs with monochrome color use and different textures, the seating area gains more layering and the length is subtly broken.
Reading or Relaxing
Under the long coffee table is the flat-woven Hamptons rug from Van Ghent.
In addition, the soft JoV Soft rug, together with the swivel Flexform Sveva Bergere armchair and matching footstool, creates a standalone reading nook. Or a place to relax and quietly look outside.
Harmonious Cohesion
What was of utmost importance in this opened-up house was that all elements harmoniously cohere.
At the kitchen island, we chose a custom-made oval Copenhagen table of dark swamp oak with a steel structure. Together with the sleek Lema Bai Lu chairs that integrate Asian touches, the whole gains a simple yet timeless character.
